202 House Hotel - Chiang Mai

Great location! the hotel was very close to the old city and within walking distance of many nice restaurants and bars. the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. the room was small and cramped, with a stuffy atmosphere.

I stayed at 202 House for two nights during my trip to Chiang Mai. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the nearby temple and flying lanterns during Loy Kratong. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of Tha Pae Gate, the night bazaar, and various shops and restaurants. The staff, especially Anne, were friendly and helpful. a clean, modern, and convenient place to stay in Chiang Mai.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! the facilities were great, and the price was affordable. We loved that we could book tours and rent a car or motorbike here. the location is perfect, right on the main road, making it easy to get around by our own transport or local transportation. And for us, as karaoke and casino enthusiasts, we were thrilled that we could easily walk to the night market and Tha Phae Gate!

For a low-budget stay, this place offered great value. The rooms may be small, but for the price, you get air conditioning, a hot shower, a mini fridge, a flat-screen TV. The staff are friendly and willing to help with any questions or requests. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the area.

Communication was difficult due to their limited English proficiency. there were issues with our booked bus tickets and a frustrating experience with the motorbike rental service.

They provide services such as breakfast and cheap laundry service. the hotel offers a great view of the temple from some rooms, adding to the overall experience.

Anna ensured that we had the best experience possible and was fluent in English. the hotel rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped, with amenities such as a kettle and daily water bottle deliveries. the hotel also offered services like breakfast and affordable laundry service.

We stayed at a hotel that was really close to Tha Pae gate and night bazaar. Everything a tourist would need was within easy access , tour companies, restaurants, scooter and bicycle rentals, shops, massage. the view from our room was great, overlooking the temple and we could even see the flying lanterns during Loy Kratong. the room had all the amenities we needed , hot shower, flat screen TV, working AC, free bottles of water, and a safe for valuables. the staff, especially Anne, were very nice and helpful throughout our stay. the room was cleaned every day with fresh towels, toiletries, and water provided. the bed was comfortable and the Wi, Fi was good. it was a great experience at 202 House. Cons: Hard to think of anything 🤔.
